Unbelievable variety of stock. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wide isles. Basically dog friendly. Enjoyed the hands on DIY projects that were once available to the public.

Popped in on the way home from the beach with 2 big dogs. Couldn't fit in a trolley and no muzzle. Shonny volunteered to hold the leads whilst I grab what I needed. Then decided to grab the two items for me.Took the stress out with fantastic customer service. Dont normally shop with the dogs. But saved time rather than dropping them off first.Thank you

Went to Caloundra store to buy 2 tubes of sealant, they have shelves and shelves of different brands like Sike, Selley's and a few others but had no nozzles to fit the standard tubes!!! Unbelievable !!!!!!

Wanted to buy packing boxes. The ones I wanted were with ties that I could not cut. A staff member said hello and I mentioned it. He kept walk ing and said an area guy would fix that. I said too bad if I wanted to buy them and he kept walking. Only 1 person at the cash register serving with 4 people behind me the other lady in the self checkout said and did nothing. Terrible service as always!

I’ve driven from Mudjimba to Caloundra to buy a product which Maroochydore store didn’t have. It was Friday 7 pm I went there but they were closed whereas their website and google says 9 pm closing time. Just wasted my time.

Everyone I encountered was happy, friendly and eager to ensure I got what I was looking for with the minimum time and fuss. The cafe is open to sit at again which is always appreciated.
