Magic Hand Carwash - Frankston

It’s the second time I’ve got the express detail. Overall was a very good job for the amount of time (express) but on both occasions they have missed pretty obvious dirt marks. Last time it was grass on the back of the back seat and this time a fading large bug slat on the windscreen. Just small things but they matter

These 5 star reviews have to be fake!!I promise, you will not get a 5 star clean, even with those reviews.I had my car washed here and it was a disaster. It was given back to me in the same condition. They had wiped the outside of the car (not washed it). Streak marks everywhere.The inside wasn't cleaned properly and they had lost one of my parts of my car.

I just picked up my car from getting a full detail and the work that has been done is nothing short of amazing, the attention to detail is so impressive to much to mention highly recommended if you want results this team is very impressive and very professional. What a great service. Booked in for a cut and polish and detailing for a 25 year old car. Bought the car to life again, looks a million dollars. Even the yellowed headlights are now clear and brighter. Staff communicated well, were friendly and efficient. Thank you so much.

It was amazing experience washing my car in here. The staffs are really friendly and get the job done quickly. I did enjoy the caffe while waiting for the car to get clean.My car looks so good after. Highly recommend this to anyone who want to get the car clean.

Great service and a great wash. My car looks like new. I had the $69 wash and it was better than the last one I had somewhere else that cost me $110. There were about 15 people there working their butts off. Very impressive to see. The cafe is a bit average, but I wasn't there for the good I guess. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Magic Hand.

Overall the clean was pretty good, but I am disappointed that I paid extra for door sills but they weren’t cleaned properly (see pics). My roof also wasn’t cleaned properly, so I ended having to clean it myself. Finally, I had a pair of clean socks go missing (yes, sounds odd). I think they fell on the floor and were treated as ‘rubbish’.

I recently went for an express detail wash at MHCW Frankston, but I was pretty disappointed with the results. To be honest, it felt like they barely touched my car. There were still crumbs on the seats, bird poo on the window and sunroof, and spray marks on the dashboard that had not been wiped off properly. I also noticed spider webs on the side mirrors which showed that the cleaning was not very thorough.Overall, I feel like the car wash did not live up to my expectations in terms of the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. I hope that they take my feedback seriously and work towards improving their service so that future customers can have a better experience.
