Consistently gets the orders wrong and/or missing items in the drive through on Friday evenings after arriving home. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone for days when trying to report the problems and even when emailed with a full meal replacement credit, the credit is also incorrect. Drive through staff are also totally uninterested and unhelpful, to the point of even rude at times. Food quality is good and location convenient. That's the only reason I give it even 2 stars. Try Anywhere else if you have the option.

Took nearly 5 minutes for somebody to come serve us even though there was nobody in the drive-through lanes and nobody else ahead of us in the shop.Slide was a pierce of chicken with about a teaspoon of lettuce all down one end. The BBQ sauce was similar and was in the other end of the chicken to where the lettuce was. Husband's chicken pieces was very dark although he said it treated ok. Was given a small straw for my frozen drink, making it very difficult to get any drink at all.Difficult to find a table that didn't have rubbish or food on it.Floor needed a good clean and the toilet was pretty gross as well

Had a pick up order through the app, I only got my food AN HOUR after I selected that I am ready to pick up the order. I asked to get my money back (and take the food) I’m not leaving empty handed after standing there for an hour, and the blonde manager refused and proceeded to ignore me. Food was also cold as expected after waiting for an hour. I also didn’t get my drink. Worst service ever.I understand things can get difficult when it’s busy but if a mistake is made it’s THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to make it right and they somehow made it worse.

Ordered tonight 5 piece large chicken tender meal didnt get tenders got chopped up chicken instead. I get the tenders so they are juicy but this chicken is so dry couldn't eat. Tasted like cardboard. Not as bad as endeavor hills tho worst KFC ever.

Very unhappy with service and food. I went through the drive thru with the usual unhappy workers taking orders, ordered a family feast $36.95 .. got home to find a mixed feast $27.95 instead.. wasn't happy, tried to call them 10 times with no answer so we gave up. Then my partner went to eat one of the chicken pieces.. it was still pink with pink juices coming out...To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

This is my local store. Usually the food is good. Fresh and hot. During busy times, though, it seems like the chips are not cooked for as long as they should be, and they are soggy.We had a delivery order from here earlier in the month, and it was disgusting. The food was almost inedible, and the order took around an hour and a half to arrive. In fairness, this is not entirely the stores fault as it relies upon delivery drivers who are not directly employed by the store.However, the over cooked chicken pieces and the fact that out of 8 pieces there were 5 wings... that is the fault of the store.This order was made to feed my children who were at home while I was unexpectedly out for far longer than intended. I went into the store and spoke to the manager on my way home. The manager was friendly, showed appropriate level of concern, and was more than happy to find a solution. I was offered either replacement food or a refund. I chose the refund because, at that stage, it was close to close, and my kids had already done their best to get through what they'd been given.I was happy with the resolution.One last issue is that it's impossible to get through to the store on the phone. This really needs to be fixed.

Food was ok, chicken wasn't too greasy. Service was great by the young girl at the counter. But the place was dirty. Food scraps on tables and the floors. Air conditioning vents were filthy, as if never been cleaned and spewing out dirt onto the roof and air. Probably won't come back here

Raw nuggets? Yes please! Asked for what I consider standard “replace and refund” for a go bucket and got “one or the other we won’t do both” so ok I’ll just make sure that the awareness is out there so others don’t end up getting sick… if it wasn’t for the fact that they still felt frozen I probably wouldn’t have noticed as I wasn’t truely looking while eating.

This is how many chips I got tonight in my meal, how bloody ridiculous, the boxed meals are already over priced as it is and you should get what you pay for, the lady that served us clearly didn’t have a clue what she was doing, won’t be coming back again
