Jalin Realty has been the most incredible agency to have! As young renters, we were finding it is difficult to get into the very competitive market, let alone a house that suited our needs. The most useless and hopeless real estate in all of Melbourne. Cannot follow simple instructions for communication, send the wrong people out to fix things, call about things months later already rectified, send ‘not paid rent’ message because payment fell on a weekend, don’t relay information of inspections to owners, even our building manager was sick of their incompetence, let alone our landlord.

Jalin has always been very transparent in terms of handling my property in Melbourne l, from purchasing to leasing it out. Living in Kuala Lumpur, it is not easy to monitor my property. Jalin helps by providing me with updated reports on my current property status. Highly recommend this real estate property. Trustworthy and reliable. I seldom post google review, but I write this comment since Jalin helps us a lot. We had a difficult time with our previous property managers and are extremely grateful to have transferred the management to Jalin. Veronica is always responding promptly and courteously to help us make considered decisions and move forward, she found us pretty good renters. And you can tell she devotes to this job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
