The best chemist that I've used in many years. The staff, especially Rhonda and Khalid are always happy to discuss problems at length and remember my health concerns. I appreciate their helpfulness. Great service to have locally.

Had multiple large delivery boxes filled W N95 masks behind the counter.The pharmacist told me I could buy a box, the check-out guy refused to sell it to me as the big boss"(?) had told him they weren't for sale. V frustrating and disappointing during a pandemic."

Rhonda and the team are fantastic! Sure there is sometimes a bit of a wait for prescriptions, they are a busy chemist! That said, I have never waited more than half an hour for a script and it's Dickson...grab a coffee or something and drop back in later to pick it up. A great pharmacy with a lot of great stock and the staff are fantastic.

Came here for a job interview years ago. The owner was on her phone all the time, called me lazy and stupid and simultaneously over-educated as I had finished high school. I was lectured and called a liar when I insisted I would not spend all day on social media (I did not have smart phone at the time). Looking at reviews, her attitude has not changed. I will never support this store.

This is a great chemistHowever, if purchasing a med on script that has to be kept cool - beware the script is put in the cooler bag.. If in a hurry, as I have been twice, it only takes a second to ditch the cooler bag where they have placed the script.. For me this has meant contacting my specialist for another script..I have explained that this is a bad practise especially for the elderly. It only takes a second and the script is gone. Not good - be careful !

l have been visiting this chemist for four years now. I have never had a bad experience. The chemistists are very polite and professional. The sales personnel are also very patient and helpful. We have moved suburbs recently but we will not be changing chemist's.

I purchased a thermometer from the Dickson branch of your store. My purchase was because my newborn had received a vaccination on that day, and I wanted to monitor her temperature in case she developed a fever. At the time of purchase, I specifically asked the cashier about the possibility of exchanging or refunding the thermometer if it turned out to be faulty. The cashier confirmed that an exchange or refund was possible but failed to provide any information regarding the time limit for such a request. Unfortunately, this information was also absent from your website.Upon using the thermometer, I discovered a significant issue. It does not switch off automatically after being inactive for a minute, which means it remains powered on continuously, draining its batteries and potentially causing other inconveniences. Due to my busy schedule with a newborn baby and the fact that we do not own a car, I was unable to return to the Dickson branch until 2 weeks later. However, when I approached the staff about the faulty thermometer and requested an exchange or refund, I was informed that it was not possible as more than 7 days had passed since the purchase. To my surprise, I could not find any mention of this restrictive policy on your website's refund policy page.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of clarity and inconsistency I have encountered in this situation. The Dickson branch sold me a product with a significant flaw, and then denied my request for a refund or exchange based on an undisclosed timeframe. Instead, I was directed to contact the manufacturer for assistance, which I found unacceptable.I want to bring to your attention that, as a consumer, I am aware of my rights under the consumer protection laws. According to these laws, retailers are responsible for ensuring that the products they sell are functional and durable. In this case, the thermometer I purchased clearly fails to meet these requirements. I kindly request that you honor your obligations under the consumer protection laws and take appropriate action to resolve this matter.

Shocked. Accidentally walked out with sunglasses on. Was stopped and threatened with police. So I walk back in and give back. Total misunderstanding. Whilst this is happening I see another customer walking out with an unpaid medicine. She wasn't stopped. She wasn't harrassed. Obviously they care more for different looking people then thieves. Obviously I declined the sunglasses.

We paid our bill in cash today. We knew it was the exact amount but the staff at the checkout asked for $4 extra. We didn't want to argue and just gave $4 more to her. I hope it was only a mistake but not someone trying to cheat.
