Terrible service and highly unprofessional. Take your watch elsewhere!This man not only was unable to clean the inside of my watch, but also managed to scratch up the case back and get more dirt and grime under the glass and on the watch dial!He then claimed to not have the required equipment to properly clean the watch and was asking a neighboring shop owner for the necessary tools, which she was unable to provide.When told that he did a poor job, he got emotional and told me take it somewhere else then" and offered no compensation for damaging and dirtying the watch.Summary:- The watch was even dirtier than when I brought it to him when he was done with it.- He scratched up the case.- Damaged the watch dial.- Did not have the necessary tools to do a professional job.DO NOT GO HERE FOR WATCH SERVICES/REPAIRS!"

Had a pair of leather shoes the back half of the shoe was gold wanted them painted black. Was pleasantly surprised when my son picked them up they were painted black perfectly. Thank you Martin for your outstanding work .definitely will always go back to Martin for other services

Very happy with the manager here. Works Mon to Fri and is a good bloke. Helped me out on a number of occasions. Reasonable prices.

This place is cooked, quoted me $29.95 to resole and polish and I came back the next day cause I was wearing the shoes at the time of quoting and they said it’s actually a bit more work so its going to cost $70 bucks instead of the original quotation. Such a waste of time and bad business practice. Do not recommend this place

Very rude customer service. I bought 2 button batteries today, and wanna to change them for my car remote. The guy there does not allow me to replace there. He said the bench is for serving only. Actually, the bench is 1.5m long, and there is no other customer waiting there.I asked him politely to borrow a screw driver to me, so I can replace the batteries immediately. He asked me to pay him service fee, even I replace by myself.Then I went to the electronics store which fixing phones and laptops next to Kmart. They kindly lent me the screw driver, and help me to replace the batteries for charging nothing.I would never ever go back to that cobbler station. They are heartless people.

Got a stainless steel flask engraved here and when I got home and had a look at the flask I noticed the engraving was not central on the flask nor was it level. Pricing was reasonable ($20) and I understand it is hand engraved however I don’t think it was completed to the standard expected.

Charged me $60 for a battery replacement on a watch. I walked past there a few days later, another worker quoted me a maximum of $25. This is what you get for trusting people and not asking for price.

I highly recommend visiting the cobbler station at Sanctuary Lakes and using their services. I get all my shoes repaired here and they do a fantastic job. The rubber they use to replace my heels is of high quality and long lasting. The service here is excellent!! Visit them for your next repair :)
