Sofas Direct - Fitzroy

Sub-par quality, poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Personally I would not recommend sofas direct to anyone. In my opinion the build quality was very questionable and the customer service was aggressive and dismissive.

I called them to order a side table in June and asked them to check the stock first before taking my order. They confirmed it is in stock and I paid deposit, and they said it will be ready for collection in a week. After 2 weeks and not hearing anything from them, called them and they said it is not in stock, and item will be re-stocked end of August! Now we are in October and I have not received even a call regarding my order. I called them several times, no one picked up. Automated message says staffs come to store only for dispatching items as we are in lockdown. I was expecting at least to receive an update on my order from them. Very poor customer service.
