Cheapest Fuel station around Dandenong Area, but They closed between 11 pm to 5am.

None of the pumps were working, doors locked, no one appeared when I knocked on door until I got into car to leave. Someone was trying to also get fuel before I arrived and drove off. I gave the staff a what's going on gesture and pointed to the pump to which she nodded yes to use it. Waved too late I'll take my money elsewhere and drove off.

I had the impression that all Shell petrol stations were the same but this isn't true.I believe that there should be hygiene standards and professionalism throughout their stores.Like most Coles Express have the same standards.Independent owners have no idea.The store is untidy and the cakes were sweating in their packages. The banana cakes were seeping with moisture due to the heater in the store being so high.The coffee was awful which means the machine never gets cleaned.Playing international music is fine but I'm not sure if management has a policy surrounding this?I can't understand why staff have no concern for the well being of their employer's business.I had to throw out my coffee after two sips.Shell Australia you need to pay attention to what's going on with your stores.

Petrol pump is the slowest ever, would not recommend, does not except petrol vouchers

Be careful, this is not the Shell Coles Express, and they don't accept flybuys and discount voucher, fuel machines are old and not clean, the female staff was okay.

Rip off when they have issues with the bowser. You get charged for petrol you don't even get. Won't go there again.

Very ride staff in particular Anil, he was so rude to me, had no mask and was on the phone.I am regular customer but management need to do something about it.He’s always very rude and you would even say hi and he would ignore you, very poor service from him.

Always friendly staff and never have to wait for a bowser
