Nitmiluk National Park
Overrated park in our opinion. The long hike and the views you get as a reward are a little disappointing if you visited Karijini, Purnululu and Litchfield. We did a combination of trails; Windolf, Waleka and Burawei. Walked 14k in 6,5 hours (with 4 breaks). Only Pats lookout and Burawei lookout were worth it.The communication about the walking trails at the information centre and the amount of signs in the park are a bit confusing. The walk to Southern Rockhole is rocky and steap. There was almost no water in the waterfall when we got there (7th of May) but fun to swim.No need to go to Jedda's Rock.

Did a cruise and absolutely loved it. Our tour guide (a aboriginal man) *sorry didn't get his name* was amazing, telling us about the Gorge and how they believe it was formed, told us about paintings, what the different plants were used for. Fascinating! We are planning to come back in June time so we can maybe see some freshies on the riverbed and would deffinatly like to come back after a good rainy season to see how the water level changes

Really nice experience. Best is Edith falls and the walk to the Sweetwater pool. A lot of things to do and experience, like the Katherine Gorges and the cruises as well as canoeing. Good drives as well, no 4wd tracks and kiosks are equipped on some sites. Recommended to do in the Northern Territory around Katherine.

The highlight of our trip. Due to wet season, the service was limited. We enjoyed the boat ride to 2 gorges which was breathtaking. The waterfall was incredible to swim in. The walk wasn't too hard afterwards.

The Nitmiluk national park and trip down the Katherine gorge is a must for any traveller. The pilot of the boat, part Aboriginal, part Irish and part Indonesian was very informative with a great sense of humour that made the 2 hour trip all the more enjoyable.
