Great gym to train at.Best trainer in the area. (Don't tell him in front of his face though lol)It is a fun, safe & inclusive gym for everyone with different training goals whether it's to compete, staying fit or just to be social.Walk in and have a trial with us and it will be a life changing experience:)

This place is amazing. Has done wonders for my 6 year old shy son. cannot recommend them enough. Chris is super with the kids. do your self a favour, if anyone is interested in martial arts or self defence. this is the place. very friendly, and a great place for anyone.

Amazing coach with a lot of Muay Thai and Fitness experience, I have improved my physical health a lot since joining this gym, everyones very supportive which helps you to come out of your shell and train hard. There is also a lot of opportunities to showcase the skills you have learnt in competitions, ranging from hard sparring against other gyms to amateur and professional competitions.

Keith is an amazing coach and we are so privileged to have him. His ability to explain Muay thai and demonstrate such amazing skill has given us the capacity to become better martial artists. The classes are fun, exciting and push me to my limits which have allowed me to become a more resilient human being. If you are wanting to improve to the best version of your self, this is the gym for you. Everyone is kind and there is no judgement.

My 10 year old daughter has just started the self defence and kick boxing classes - she is absolutely loving it! Great trainers, friendly staff and environment. Highly recommend.

Excel does a fantastic job of making every person from every walk of life feel motivated and included. The classes are lots of fun, but are stimulating and challenging at the same time. All the instructors are very approachable if you need a hand with anything, and really go the extra mile to help you if you need it.

Excellent coaching and great culture. Keith creates a welcoming learning environment that makes Excel one of my favourite places to be. All around fun and positive training experience for all levels, from people just wanting to get fit, to people wanting to fight professionally. Keith has a level of knowledge and skill that is rare to find outside of Thailand’s best gyms, and is always open to new and exciting ways of training.

Excel Martial Arts is an amazing gym. Keith is passionate and dedicated but also has a great sense of humor and has produced very high-level athletes and Muay Thai champions. I’ve also seen Keith transform students whose goals were more health and fitness driven. After a few months of training, some of these individuals looked like different people, healthier, happier, and more confident. Can't recommend highly enough!Perfect place for beginners to professionals⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome training center with great friendly atmosphere. My two daughter's and I all train at excel,the coaches are amazing very informative and always striving to make shore everyone is learning and advancing.since my girls started their confidence, concentration, self defence and respect have all grown.great place if you want learn self defence,learn to fight, or get fit
