Snooze Belrose

Although staff were amazing in the store we are extremely unhappy with the delivery time for goods purchased. We ordered a My Design Eclipse gas lift drawer base, headboard, tallboy & shelf on the 15th May 2021. And were advised the wait time to be 3 months, we said thats ok we won't need these until 6th September 2021 anyway (giving them 4 months instead of 3) only to now discover that our order won't be arriving till mid October and we can't even be given an exact date. They have blamed lockdowns for the delay however this is an Australian Made Product and factories are all still operating as is transportation, we purposely wanted to keep the money in the Country and paid good money for these products - they were by no means cheap. We are now talking over 5 months from purchase to possible delivery. That leaves us now sleeping on a matress on the floor as we were expecting delivery on the 6th September and got rid of our bed base in a Council cleanup, I am in my 50's and my husband in his 60s there is no excuse for this delay and lack of care.

The staff from Snooze Belrose were amazing! The bed we ordered did not fit in our lift. The customer service was incredible. From the delivery guys to the store staff, everyone worked overtime to help us rectify this and find a great solution. Kerry invited back to the store and assisted us personally with the help of Ashie to find a new bed to suit our needs. We are looking forward to our new bed now being delivered and able to fit in our lift. Thank you everyone for outstanding customer service.

Shane is an absolute delight. I phoned on a Thursday night, 10 minutes before closing time and I could hear from his enthusiasm that he would off remained open for me. I was sold. Waited until the store was officially open and bought the Queen bed. Love your work Shane, Snooze Belrose is fortunate to have you.

I purchased Madison rockefeller firm in January 2020 as what I tried at this store( and other snooze stores) had a plush feeling and felt as a good investment after having issue with my previous mattress causing me backache. But what I have received feels like you are sleeping over a bloody rock! That's how firm this mattress is . I was told it might feel abit firmer at first but after 6-7 weeks it would get softer , well its Jun now and it still feels exactly the same as it came on its first day.now I just wish I had kept my previous mattress instead of paying this much for such a terrible mattress and why snooze displays one thing and sell you something else. Its not legal!

I purchased a bed frame which came with scratches on it due to poor packaging (the laminate pieces didn't have padding and scratched against each other during transit). When I contacted the store, they agreed to order replacement pieces, but 12 months later I'm still waiting.Edit 6/6/23: They contact me immediately following my review and a month or two later they sent replacement pieces which were the wrong colour. They said that they would follow up and despite me chasing them once or twice, they never came back to me with a resolution. It's been a few months now since the last contact...

Would like to thank Colin for his time and great customer service. Colin spent a solid amount of time taking us through a wide range of mattresses, showcasing his broad knowledge. We ended up purchasing on the day, which wasn't the plan originally. Delivery also arrived on time, as advised at time of purchase. Thanks Colin.

Unfortunately I didn’t read google reviews for Snooze at Belrose before purchasing. What a disorganised, extremely poor customer service organisation. I ordered a bed, mattress, bedhead all were delivered at the end of October. 4 pieces in total 3 of which were damaged, faulty or not finished off. I took photos immediately and sent to Kerry at Snooze Belrose and was told that they would be replacing the items. Now 5 weeks later, the bedhead was attended to at home the mattress only replaced last week and still haven’t been given a date which the bed base will be replaced. I have had to ring this store every week to chase them up not once have they contacted me with an update. $2600. worth of pain Do not buy anything from snooze.
