Fridge are came out promptly and Dylan explained the problem to me and was very professional with his work. Thank you fridgecare.

We asked these guys to look at our fridge which wasn’t working after a power outage. They took a while to get to us . When they finally arrived ,they were there for 5 minutes and told I us that we needed to buy a new fridge and charged us $155 . That’s pretty good money for not a lot of service , a lot more than it would it would cost to certify a dead body ! Don’t think I would recommend them to anyone.

When I questioned his $540 quote for a part worth $100 he became rude and defensive. Don't use unless you want to be stuffed around. Another company did the 10 min job for $250

Came out to repair ice machine in Samsung freezer, charged a call out fee of $120 - took less than a minute to advise he needs to replace ice machine (I have no issue with call out fee) advised he would get a price and call me back with a quote. Called back with a $390 quote (part is $160) and we were advised by Samsung it is a 15 minute job (simple 2 screws and then plug new one in) when I asked them to provide a breakdown on parts and labour he told me the price is the price and if I didn’t like it, too bad, don’t call him back again.Very aggressive behaviour.I feel they are happy just to take your call out money and are not interested in doing the actual return job.Poor service would not use them again or recommend

No issue with these guys. I needed them to come out & look at our fridge which was displaying an error code on the ice/water dispenser panel. I was promised a time they would arrive and the call out fee. Guys arrived on time & were friendly and professional to deal with. They explained in simple terms what the problem was and promised to call back with a quote for the job, which they did. I have no hesitation with recommending these guys.

Prompt service in replacing centre door hinge on Electrolux fridge that doors had fallen off.Lucky to have required part in service van.Dylan courteous and friendly did a great job putting things back together.Thought a little pricey at $380, but it was a Saturday morning , definitely an emergency and got us out of trouble.

Repairer came out same day, took into account my availability circumstances for an early afternoon booking.Prompt assessment of the issue, fridge door was not sealing as the door had dropped and needed elevating using a part, thinking this was a specialist part. Informed me of the costs $90 call out and $150 to fix in line with business policy.Agreed to repairs then repairer took the fridge door's top hinge off, placed two regular washers on bottom hinge, reattached door top hinge, left within 30 minutes.I paid as agreed, called office to negotiate on price after witnessing the work (repairer was following business policy) to check if pricing for work undertaken was able to be negotiated as $240 for slipping on two washers seems excessive (not sure if would pass the pub test")

Do not use this business'Unprofessional with hidden charges call out fee plus charge $60 extra for looking at the issue for only 5 minute which should be part of call out fee.
