Pillow Talk Springvale
This is my first time visiting the store and I was not disappointed. The store has beautiful quality homeware and bedding. I was quite impressed with the collections. Rehana from the store has exceptional customer service skills with a great eye for decor and detail. She was friendly and very helpful with her ideas when I was feeling overwhelmed. Overall had a fantastic experience and will definitely come back.

Linda helped us out heaps. She told us the differences in bedding (pillows, blankets and mattress toppers) and pointed out her recommendation and top sellers. Our bed is now 100% comfier and we are very pleased. Definitely great customer service and very happy with our overall shopping experience

Pillow Talk Springvale has been a favorite of mine. It is amazing though how one bad experience can make you not want to shop there again. Yesterday two of the staff members were lovely and gave great service but the third was rude and sarcastic and unhelpful. I will continue to shop at Pillow Talk but not that store.

We had a lovely experience shopping here with the help of Yalda!Yalda was very friendly and asked us about our specific needs for pillows and doonas. She talked us through what was good and bad about each product and suggested the more naturally warming products to save on heating expenses!It was overall a great experience and we got great recommendations from Yalda for future purchases so thank you :)From Maggie and Queena Wu
