Don't waste your money, terrible. Dirty.Booked room, checked in, looked at the state of room and packed our bags and left. Highly disappointed.It's no wonder why every other hotel in queenstown was sold out and this one wasnt. A jail cell would be cleaner

My lady ordered 2 meals. I got a steak sandwich, she a chicken salad.I got mine 30 minutes before she did.Were they waiting for the egg to hatch???It can't be hard to send 2 meals at once.Do i start on the drink saga????

Did not Stay at the Accommodation, we had a meal, it was very disappointing, both my wife and I had the Scotch Fillet was even very below average, would not recommend a meal here.The price we paid was not worth it, I can see why people walked in and then walked straight out, and go to the other Pub, we won't be back.

Didn't read the reviews. Room was clean but very down at heel and I regretted booking 2 nights. Cold tap was broken. Literally only room available in Strahan/QT

Booked in, then booked out in 5 minutes. Disgusting rooms. Should be closed till it is habitable. Not worth five Bob a night

Room was awful, bed was horrible, curtains didn't close and they were thin and tattered and it was noisy. If you're 20 and backpacking maybe it's doable for $80 a night. I'm happy with cheap and cheerful but this was cheap and nasty. We checked out the next day and asked for a refund on our 2 days we were going to stay. They were happy to oblige until 2 days later we realised that they had taken out money not put it in! Whilst we eventually got it back, the woman I spoke to couldn't have been less bothered by the inconvenience they'd caused. Front of house people were lovely.

Smack bang in the middle of Queenstown!Ben and his staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and fun to be around.The rooms are what you would expect from a motel in a small town, but they are clean, warm well appointed.The bar area is excellent, pool table and darts for entertainment and a well stocked bar with plenty of local treats to try, and some damn fine cocktails!A very short stroll to everything the town has to offer.

Great place to stay for the price. The accommodation might require a bit of work but it’s what I’d expect for what we paid. The meal and associated facilities were enjoyable.

Run down room. Shower drain overflowed for 2 days till fixed.Restaurant food was good. Shame about the accommodation.Would not recommend.

I never got to stay here as I fell I'll and they were accommodating with a refund which was much appreciated. I am hoping I can still visit in a week or so if there is any time to pass through, it seems to be in a wonderful location. I think for the price you pay for a short stay it is fine.
