City Cave Macarthur Square

I initially booked for a remedial massage (never had one before), however, one the girls suggested doing a sauna beforehand as well because of the sport I play. Best decision ever!!! Left feeling so refreshed. Jennifer is an amazing therapist who knew exactly how to apply the right pressure and was always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Highly highly recommend. I'll be back soon :)Also shocked with how beautiful the space is! Really well thought out x

Really nicely set up. Mostly peaceful, restful & a lovely way to spend a couple of hours. Infrared sauna followed by magnesium float.

I first walked in from a tiny doorway and was greeted by Tim. He was very knowledgeable and showed my husband and I around the facilities.. It was like I'd landed in Narnia after the back area opned up. We talked about the difference between infrared sauna vs a normal Scandinavian hot sauna as I am from Finland and had never tried an infrared sauna before. He got me excited to return. My husband and I got excited to try this gorgeous place for our next anniversary together.About 2 weeks later I had a disc injury to my back and I remembered this place. I figured the infrared sauna would be good for my aching back muscles and so I went in (otherwise I recommend booking ahead of time). At the desk I was greeted by Renee, a super lovely girl who listened my problems and recommended I should also try the float therapy. I was sold and got comfortable in the lounge with tea, books and water.The infrared sauna was first. The ability to use Bluetooth and listen to music or a podcast while in the sauna is such a luxury – one could also read a book.After this I chilled out in the lounge area and had some more tea.Then the float pool.. I was so excited and already felt relaxed but I didn't know just how much more relaxed I would be... and hour in the pool, darkness.. my mind quickly quieted down and I fell asleep (afterwards I was told this takes practice). I got out of the pool and showered and my back felt like it was cured... I kid you not, no more pain, no issues sitting down and I could walk straight.I cannot recommend this place more and I am eager to go relaxing again soon!

Today was just what I needed! Did a sauna and float and feel absolutely amazing. Love my fortnightly relaxation sessions, wish I had the time to do it more often. Thank you Penny and Dion for providing lovely and clean facilities and most importantly service with a smile. See you in 2 weeks!

So this was my first time visiting city cave after a friend suggested it. I stayed for a sauna and a float. When I booked over the phone the girl (Stacy I think) was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I arrived I was shown to the relaxing room and watched a short instructional video on the sauna and the float pool because it was my first time using either and then I was shown to my private sauna room. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will be definitely coming back. Also it's located upstairs above the banks.

My husband and I have a monthly membership with City Cave, we enjoy couple's sauna every fortnight.Next years goal is to incorporate a relaxing massage to our routine.The vicinity is well maintained, clean and definitely has a calm, relaxing vibe.Staff are well mannered and eager to provide a good service.Appointments are made easily either online or over the phone.All good service overall and a well deserved 5 star rating.

My wife and I just did the sauna, massage and float for ny 40th birthday. What an amazing experience! Great facilities , great staffJames , my masseuse was phenomenal, being big guy alot find it troublesome but he targeted my lower and mid back and really made me feel relaxed and comfortable.Would highly recommend.

An amazing relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and facilities are well maintained.Enjoyed a 45 minute Relaxation massage followed by a 60 minute float session (this being my first float session) I wasn’t sure how I’d go with it, but suffice to say it went well and I fell asleep during the session.They offer music for the first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes or music all the way through.I’ll definitely take the music at the start and end for next time.But thank you for the recommendation for music.Top service.

My husband and myself did the couples complete wellness pack.From start to finish we were made to feel relaxed & welcomed.Could not fault anything.First time in infra-red sauna and it was incredible, followed by a remedial massage which was perfect.We were both asked if we wanted any particular areas worked on and the type of pressure. Both of us nearly fell asleep during it, it was that good.Then we finished off with a 1Hour floatation bath.Absolutely loved it and have bought more vouchers to use again
