Failing refrigerator in our caravan. Asked the right questions and Used the fridge manual to help diagnose. Was considerate not to make a mess. Took our details and advised the bill price in advance. As a courtesy he checked our aircon system and advised how best to set it for the tropics. All around extremely happy with the tradesman.

You know a shop cares about customers when you bring in a warranty claim item and they test before they accept it just to make sure you won't be stung with diagnostic fees if there's no problem claimable under warranty

Excellent repair of my fridge/freezer. Diagnosis was quick and the right part was in the van even though they didn't know what sort of fridge I had. Reception staff courteous and proficient. Billing and payment was seamless and they were happy to include a report with the invoice so I can deal with my insurer.

Excellent Service...Efficient, friendly and v respectful. NO QUEUES or waiting...As soon as I showed salesperson the washing machine parts I needed he immediately told me they were in stock and returned with them in less than 30 seconds! Also appreciated that current opening hours were clearly shown on their website ,facebook, local search etc and their door : they close at 2.30pm every Friday , 4.30pm other days. (PS Few weeks ago on a Friday afternoon I visited another business nearby and door sign indicated CLOSED Fri afternoon , so that was a wasted trip. THus why I especially appreciated knowing beforehand with this business...and going by the staff member who assisted me I think a permanent 'early mark' is deserved!

Glenn is a great bloke who took time to look at my old Waeco. The funeral is this Friday. Great service.

Exceptionally happy with the repair to my washing machine and dryer, both fixed in the one visit with the parts and knowledge the staff brought with them in the first visit. Very polite, punctual service!

Clinton came to see my washing machine within 20 minutes of my call and brought the parts back and fixed it the same day. He was a true professional and the price was reasonable. Great service.
