Will never use simply water & sewer again, they have been so slow to respond, when you call them they take for ever to call you back or get someone to call you back. when they did call back they were so rude.they never even gave me the chance to speak and hung up on me. When questioned about their work they started to spout that the work was outside their scope and wouldn't answer me.So dissapointed.
