I used Parties Online to decorate a last minute work function. When I placed the order, I mentioned that it was urgent. They didn't have some of the products that we ordered available but within 2 hours, they had called me to arrange substitutes and then popped the order straight into the mail. I was so impressed with their terrific customer service (which seems to be becoming rarer) and with their speediness. Everybody loved the decorations too! Would definitely use these guys again.

After searching high and low for a specific toy requested by a discerning child whom would not accept anything other, I was finally able to locate it here with Parties Online--THANK GOD! Said child saw a toy review video and asked me for the toy in the video. Somewhat distracted on a business call and not realizing how difficult it'd be to locate, I promised I'd get it. I had literally been searching everywhere for it, for MONTHS. (A promise is a promise). I had contacted everyone from the toy's manufacturer to several vendors all over the world. Couldn't find it anywhere until I finally came across this company, Parties Online. Though it was a $1 toy, the process I went through to find it and keep the promise, is unbelievable. Suffice it to say that I ended up spending nearly $200 to find it and have it flown to the U.S.A. But that was not their fault. Parties Online was great and very resourceful in helping me from start to finish. When I contacted their support/customer service team, Vanessa O. was very polite, responsive, and fast in addressing any concerns. No, Parties Online did not overcharge me. It's that I ended up ordering like 15-20 of the toy, because I needed an orange one and couldn't risk not getting orange so I ordered multiple to make sure that I got at least one orange one, which made the package somewhat heavy. Because they do not ship to the U.S.A, I had to use a lot of creativity to receive assistance from multiple third parties and coordinate the orange toy's arrival to a patient and deserving child here in the U.S.A. The entire process with Parties Online was great. I couldn't be happier with their service, the product itself, and their staff. A+++! Would definitely shop there again.

“A very big thank you....I placed my order on late Tuesday evening, for delivery by Friday. They advised me on Wednesday morning that they couldn’t promise delivery by Friday! Low and behold it arrived Friday afternoon. This is the third time I have used this company and delivery has always been very quick. I will recommend you to everyone I know and I will order more stuff in the future.”

I found the staff to be very helpful. Received items interstate in a matter of days. Always received notifications via Australia Post. Any problems with items, the staff would always be there to assist and resolve the issue. I could not ask for any better service. Highly recommend this outlet.

Great customer service, fast delivery & excellent quality costume. Ordered at 3.30 pm on a Monday and costume was delivered the next morning in Melbourne. My email query prior to purchase was answered promptly as well. Very happy customer.

Highly recommend Partiesonline Party Supplies! Not only do they have a wide selection for every occasion to chose from, but offer Express Post delivery - and deliver they did!I processed two urgent orders on early afternoon Wednesday (as I miscounted items on my first order), not only did they have my order delivered by Friday lunch, but they thoughtfully combined my two orders as one, and only charged for one delivery!
