The worst service ever, I spent my morning (actually my day off) for nothing. A guy called Gabriel booked me in even the parts were not ready. Now I have to organise another day off to fix this again. They screwed my day and even the guy who was looking after this case doesn't seem sorry at all. Hopefully he does his job properly next time he books me in again. A coupl of other guys in the office I have had chance to talked to were very kind and treated me with respect though.

I’ve been going to Zupps Mt Gravatt Subaru servicing for many years now and been happy with their service. I recently forgot my Forester was due for it’s next service and earlier this month in June I got a nice email reminder from Adam Duck. I was able to book the car in online very easily, got my preferred time slot and date confirmed overnight then brought the Forester in the following week. The service team completed everything required in the morning and Clint Cox gave me a quick phone call when it was almost done, sent me a courtesy SMS upon completion and had my vehicle ready by lunchtime at my request. Upon pickup, Clint clearly explained to me what was serviced, processed the payment, walked me to my car, handed back the keys and I was off on my way. No issues experienced at all with the process, my vehicle’s performance feels improved and the Zupps team provided great customer service as always. Happy to recommend them!

After my last service and experience at Zupps Subaru I will not be attending ever again. I took my car in for its 4 year service on Thursday 8 June and all was fine with it when dropped off. On picking up the car in the afternoon my wife and I had only travelled 100 metres when we noticed the air conditioning was blowing out hot air and filling the car with foul fumes. We immediately returned to Zupps and was advised it had nothing to do with the service but they would regas the air conditioning and for me to return the car the following Monday and they would fix it properly and also replace the external mirror motor which was faulty. On driving the car home we had to close the air vents and turn off the air and wind down the windows as the stench in the car was making us both nauseous.We returned the car on the Monday as requested at 7:30 to have the air and the mirror motor replaced and received a call at approx 11am to collect the car as they were unable to fix the mirror motor (motor had not turned up) and parts were needed for the air conditioning unit and was told they would be in the following week and would phone me then to make another appointment. I explained I needed the car in 2 weeks for a prepaid trip to Bundaberg and had the service done before the trip and was told it would be fine. By the following Wednesday 21st I had not heard a word so I phoned the service department to ask what was happening and was told no parts had arrived. I asked if I could pay the airfreight to get them to Brisbane and was told they had no idea of if the parts were coming from Sydney or overseas but would make some phone calls to let me know what was happening. It is now Monday 26 and not even a courtesy call from Zupps to keep me in the loop. I now face the situation of hiring a serviceable car to drive to Bundaberg or losing the money for the accommodation. You should rename the place NOSERVICE DEPT as that is what you have given me and not even a courtesy phone call, no answer to text messages sent. Just nothing. We were planning on upgrading the car before the warranty expired but will not be returning to Zupps for the next car.

How could you finish a car service without tightening the bolts? You guys requested to change front arm bushing parts so I paid $1,600 total costs but I have got this service. I was shocking when I found the issue so I have to tighten by myself because worried about driving without fixing it. When I back to the service center I have complained about that it could be dangerous but he said it’s not main parts so not dangerous. Really? Any problem? He said no!! Anyway finally he said sorry about the issue after safety check. I can understand everyone could make mistake but you guys have to hear carefully customers voice and say sorry first when you have mistakes.

Great service!! My car wasn't booked on the day thought. The young lady on the counter said it wouldn't be a problem and she still took my car. Service took l 2 hours with a call and text msg to advise it was ready. Very happy with the service and thank you Zupps Team

2nd negative report ,not on the car we bought in November, but on the service people who are letting the WHOLE team down. Just yesterday afternoon I called the service dept asking for assistance for wobbles " on our XV. They would get back to us as soon as possible.... that's fine

Ask for Calvin, as in the jeans. He takes customer service to a whole other level. It's personal with this guy. Haven't had a dealer service since our 1st 2 Subaru's in 2011. Needed some recall work done so had a regular service and a roadworthy done at the same time. The communication was precise and on point. He is the reason we will service the car here in the future.Ben
