Well laid out store. Loved the clear labelling of product. Although quite busy with customers, staff touched base after we had been in store for a couple of minutes.

Amazing staff! There’s a young lady in there that was very enthusiastic when helping me and was extremely patient when I didn’t know where to find what I wanted. Great shop!

i purchased a playstation steering wheel after being told that it would definitely work on my ps5 but when i took it home it didn’t work so when i went to return the item i might a nice guy who was helpful and willing to do the refund due to staff error but had to scan the managers tag and she told him that i’m not allowed a refund only store credit and “it’s not staff error put it as goodwill” (or whatever she said) after looking at things i could get both online and instore i returned and “said store credit is useless to me there’s nothing for me to buy here can i please have this in cash” she than told me she can’t do that because it’s not her fault i told her the store told me the wrong thing causing me to buy it she told me it’s not her problem so now i’m out $100 because of the green haired lady in the toowoomba store

went in there on a friday to buy a controller headset adapter as my headset box said it required one. got home and realised it didn’t require it. came back to refund it on the sunday but was told i couldn’t get a refund only “in store credit” but seeing as i don’t shop there, it would be no good for me. they told me i could either give it back to them or keep it. so i gave it back. absolute waste of time and money.

I love this store, always has great deal, so far I've gotten tons of products from here, without too many issues, and when I got a vr headset that didn't come with the adapter, I was given the option of either a refund or to choose another, it was great,I also had trouble with a laptop, where it stopped working within less than half a day, and I was able to choose a new laptop.Apart from a couple hiccups here and there, this place is great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for second hand tech.

Well laid out store, with a wide array of items on display.For tech enthusiasts, there is plenty to look at and buy for all different budgets.For trading in items, the process is really simple, where staff will take your items for a few hours, run them through tests, then if all passes, you will be able to decide on cash or in-store credit.Quickly becoming a go-to shop of mine.

Bought some 2nd hand dvd's at a great price. Really worth a look.
