The best move I made when purchasing my house was to engage Just Us Lawyers, Kelvin Grove, QLD. They were given short notice because the decision to buy was made quickly but this didn’t faze them. I found them to be efficient, thorough, reasonably priced and always available to answer my questions. They left absolutely no stone unturned. After the process was finalised a difficulty arose because the sellers did not adhere to the contract. Just Us Lawyers immediately attended to and resolved the issue with no further cost to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I don't often enjoy writing reviews but am more than happy to in this case as my expectations were exceeded in comparison to my previous experiences with conveyancing professionals. Dylan went beyond what I expected in being thorough and always taking the time to go through my many questions and concerns, and to ensure that they were covered in the contracts.
