NEVER coming back. Listen. Unless you tryna get scammed out your money, don't come here. Watch how much change they give you back. Make sure you know what massage you're getting.You ladies were really nice first few visits, but today was just horrible. Came in for my relaxation massage today and mentioned I did enjoy it with more pressure, she immediately tried to charge me more since that would be 'deep tissue'. I personally know the difference between relaxation and deep tissue and have had both at this place.The lady immediately started arguing with me even though I was pretty polite and then rudely refunded my money when I refused to get a deep tissue instead. I can not believe the conversation I had with this masseuse.On another occasion, they got their trainee masseuse to see me for my more expensive deep tissue massage and she gave me a cheaper relaxation massage! They were kind enough to get me in for a free session to make up for her mistakes. That was wonderful but if you don't let them scam you they start to dislike you.Cute saunas but the place could honestly use some renovation, especially their bathroom. It's a shame max therapy shut down in Southbank, they are a lot more professional.I'm sure if you spoke Thai you could get on this company's good side but good luck.

Fantastic value! Place is clean and has high ceilings. Paid $40 for a 30 min deep tissue massage. Omg...the lady massaged all my tension away. I always ask for hard pressure when I get massages and I often do not get satisfied. But the lady did a great job! Will definitely come back. Just note that english is not their first language so it pays to be extra patient

Do yourself a favour and never get a massage here. Trust me they are super bad and not worth a penny.I had opted for 1 hour massage and the lady continued to just rub my shoulder with heaps of oil (It’s common sense if you are applying lots of oil you can’t give massage with pressure) For 45 mins and after that nothing for the rest of my body!

Had the massage at this place not really worth the money .the staff should be more experienced and hard working. Will not visit again.

Bad service, very rude and giving less change when I paid cash a couple of times. The therapist not trained properly, very inconsistent. Booked for deep tissue massage, they gave me and my daughter new therapists. Not happy at all after happening a few times. Never go back.

I booked 1 hr Traditional thai massage when I was in Melbourne. Nani did my massage, it was the best experience that I ever had. After my massage I got into the Sauna for 30 min FREEI highly recommended. Looking forward to do it again on my next visit to Melbourne

Horrible service by the receptionist, extremely rude and couldn’t answer simple questions about massaging and experience. Would definitely recommend to stay away from this institution as they also ask you to use cash for tax evasion and fraud purposes.Overall disappointing that the council allows businesses like these to run.Shut them down. #danandrews
