If you want an all time experience of totally being spun out totally confused and being sold something you don't want by a manager that doesn't listen and doesn't know what he is talking about shop here.I walked out with my head spinning and felt like I was going to have a heart attack.The most unreal experience ever.40years of working with electronic equipment knowing how things work but this bloke will confuse the best of us.

Just went in to buy something small - staff ignored me. Left to wander round and did not find the item I wanted. Was then ignored at the checkout for around 2 minutes and a guy at the back of the queue was engaged. Luckily he pointed to me! I nearly just dropped the item and left...

I walked into Jacar Fyshwick Store on the 5/10/2022 and was surprised of the layout and how professional the store looked. And the staff was professional and helpfulThe store layout that caught my eye and everything was in its place and well signed. Great job Jacar Fyshwick ACT. Sorry no photos but will get some photos of the new layout next time I buy an Item from Jacar Fyshwick.

Despite only being open for click and collect due to the current lockdown, the staff member at the front desk was happy to assist and provided some very helpful advice on a project. He made sure to quickly process another transaction I did on the phone to allow me to collect another item while I was there. Great service!!

I gotta say that every time I've popped in staff has been really helpful, taking the time to listen to I was doing and helping me find gear that would make my life easier or improve the results of my work.I'd also like to shoutout to the fella who took 10 minutes out of his day to help me solder better. I thought I was just bad it for 15 years but those 10 minutes of tips just turned it all around.Cheers!

Not everyone has the same customer service level in the store, but the guy setting the standard is Rohan (i think thats his name), superfriendly and helpful. Just good to see someone that is super excited about his field.
