Had a Great experience. The manager was really down to earth, super helpful and polite. Had quick and understandable answers to all my questions. And the store was also super accessible as well. Definetly will be recommending to anyone in need of this sort of service.

Don’t go there until Hannah is there. AFTER Hannah AS WELL. They will kick you out of their office once their business with you is finished.Hannah is busy.She is very busy, so she can’t call you back to tell you your account status, even after you keep calling her for 2 weeks. So you will end up paying another billing cycle even though you have paid your loan before the cycle starts. Because she had no time to call you back and no time to confirm your account.I Had to pay $301 extra because she was busy. And then had to wait for her to post my things for two weeks.I’m telling you, she is busy. Don’t give her stress. If you do, she will make you think that she might stolen your things until you see your things with your eyes.If you need lots of stress it’s up to you.Edit: I’ve thought it’s just Hannah. But realised whole company is same. No one replied me until I write a review here. Then started lobbying with me. Saying silly things Like “ Hannah is not trained enough to handle with updates “ “ we don’t update mobile number on phone call” “ we can’t refund to the bank account “ “ we can refund you only in the branch, as soon as you delete the review. “If they really wanted to rectify the mistake, they could have refund me through bank transaction then ask me to edit the review. But they are just keen to get rid of the bad reviews.But silliest thing made laugh is I could have go and collect the money then leave the worst review here back. They didn’t even think about it.And look at the replies of the company.If They are rude enough to reply like this on website, then they are rude enough to kick you in their office.

I highly recommend this company.Trading prices on gold, silver etc are updated on a daily basis and are traded at a very fair and competitive rate.Hannah is an incredibly professional and patient businesswoman and will always answer any questions you may have.I have been nothing but impressed with this company.
