I live in the US and it was my first time purchasing from The Purse Affair. Before purchasing my new Celine bag, I contacted customer service about any flaws that might not have been picked up in pictures. They replied right away and sent me more pictures to show me that the bag was 100% in brand new condition. Shipping was also very quick, considering that I live in the US - it only took 4 days! I am on ban island at the moment and was not supposed to purchase any bags this year, but the Celine bag I bought was one that I could not pass up! When I am no longer banned from buying more bags, I will definitely purchase more from The Purse Affair!
