Great service and great product definitely recommend

DO NOT RECOMMENDI have had a Rockcote applied to my brand new house (i believe it was Sandcote) in the colour vivid white. When i had the bottom half of my house re-done to freshen it up after two years, the colour is completely different. We made contact with your company and your representative Travis attended our home and took notes and images and advised that it would be investigated. He attended our home in November 2021 and we are still to this day waiting for an outcome or explanation. I have constantly chased Travis and emailed your company to no avail. I wish for someone to contact me immediately. I would never recommend your product to anyone as your customer service and follow ups are not good and we have in the past been fobbed off to your local supplier who then fobs us off back to you. Please get your act together. For anyone out there that wishes to apply Rockcote to their house, please do not. If there are any issues, they do not want to know about it. Please see image attached of vivid white on the bottom of my house as well as on the top. Major colour difference as you can see. Please stop providing excuses and passing the buck on to others and fix the problem. This is your product sold by you. We spent alot of money on this product as our whole house is covered in your render and we are not satisfied at all. Even your technical guy Phil, had no idea what he was babbling on about telling us that the colours are mixed by the local supplier however, we have vivid white which is a straight non-tinted colour. It is a base white as i keep getting told by others. If this is what your technical guy has told us i guess there is no hope.

Charged me over $160 freight for 1 x 20kg bag from Yandina to Bundaberg. Absolute rip off merchants, not interested in small DIY. 2 agents in Bundaberg were not interested in helping me. Will never use their products again

Awesome display centre,gotta see it, lots of special coatings, I absolutely love the Rockcote paint products. Great value, great staff and a good stock of tools n ladders etc.

We ordered smokey sand color that we saw online then our wall looks turned out orange.
