Miss Massage Double bay

Very bad service .

Went to Miss Massage for a Swedish Massage. Staff is very friendly, the facilities are very clean and my massage was absolutely amazing. Thanks Sammy for the great service!Definitely coming back! :)

Terrible customer service and booking management. Arrived for a booking at 2pm. Was told there was no booking. Was then told they found it but for 3pm. We said no problem, waited an hour nearby. Only to arrive back at 3pm be told we still didn't have a booking and they wouldn't fit us in. Really poor.

The BEST massage in Sydney by a long way. Spotlessly clean, professionally run, and quality, trained staff on board across the MM network of salons.I couldn’t be more impressed over many visits now.The secret is to give accurate detail on what you want from your treatment.Good businesses should get the recognition they deserve- and Miss Massage salons have a real healing energy about them.Outstanding in every sense.

I have been here three times and every time the service has been worse than terrible while the massage therapists have been so rude it is beyond uncomfortable. I received a birthday voucher for this business and wish that I had just cashed it in instead. I wouldn't even give one star. My masseuse was rough, rushed, rude and showed so much attitude when I asked her to focus on a particular location that I wanted to get up and leave during the massage but did not know how to without being rude. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this treatment has been consistent, it wasn't just a bad day. If you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience I would not recommend. I ended up leaving feeling far worse than when I had arrived.

Quick service, nice atmosphere. Interrupted by phone but overall a good oil massage.

The only place I love to go and relax, being a hairdresser I am always in need of a good massage and this place is my go to!!! Thank you guys x

I’ve been a few times and it’s decent enough. Though they now don’t accept bookings in advance so it’s hard to plan. If I can’t book I won’t be going.
