Pizza Hut Redbank Plains

Absolutely ridiculous corporations drone store. I've got a catering bag fixed to my car so it doesn't get thrown around but the rude old woman kept cutting me off and being extremely aggressive, saying you must bring it inside" and would not let me explain.There's literally no way of knowing this requirement prior to accepting the delivery so my earnings have now been directly impacted. Miserable unfriendly staff

Really bad pizza. Ordered a BBQ meat lovers. Came with lots of BBQ sauce, aioli and no meat.

Placed an order tonight, was highly disappointed. The vegan garlic bread which was for my child was burnt. Not even chard… just black. We’ve gone to other pizza huts and have never been given burnt garlic bread.

Started ordering here again as we had a great order a month back. The last two times including today, have been rubbish. I didn't complain last time, but this time around it's more money wasted again.The previous order pizzas had most of the cheese off, as one hadn't been cut and the other partially cut. This order had one with half the cheese coming off, crusts tasted stale, pepperoni without the added sauce requested and cold and soggy chips and potato gems. The extra sauce tubs we paid for also never came with the order.The delivery took longer than expected aswell, which would explain why the food wasn't very hot.

Crust and base was not cooked properly. Barely any cheese and too much sauce. Pizza was not cooked properly. Also, there was pineapple on my pizza, even though my order specifically requested that no pineapple is put into the pizza.

Got delivery with this pizza-hut last week, it took along time to get to my door, but the pizza was fine, only wish there where more prawns on the prawn pizza.Update; Added more photos, got pizza last-night.

FIRST IMPRESSION!Tastes nice, not worth $16 delivered though but does inc half a garlic bread and drink... But obviously this is a frozen meal to some exstent, you can tell from the pasta the way it's cooked in the close up photo which is fine that's not my issue. My issue is that it's grey.. Now i may not have had many Alfredo's in my life but they weren't ever grey.. The pasta is chewy and the dish smells like cat food ... The worst part was that the driver didn't listen to the instructions and knowing they pride themselves on CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. i wasn't called and was handed everything to me and not left on the table outside where i said to put it... $41 later.. Not impressed at all

I can't rate the pizza yet as I'm still on my way home but I picked up an order at around 3 p.m. on the 8th of June and the young man there serving me was very pleasant, polite and courteous. Very nice to deal with..... Please pass this onto him, he helps make you look good.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and lasagna and received a microwaved meal that was disgusting. My 7 year old wouldn’t even eat them. I also got delivered the pasta with mushrooms in it.The one star is for the pizza as it’s okay and was the only thing eatable.I don’t understand how a multibillion dollar company can sell something so s*** for $12 bloody dollars!!. The meatballs were soooo dry and crusty.I tried to ring the store to get a refund but the phone keeps hanging up, it doesn’t even ring, so I’m guessing they get a lot of complaints at this time of night. So disappointed!
