Dishonest. did not ask for call out fee then in call. You said 99+gst for the job. For you to come and suddenly make a fee called a callout is a shame on you and your business. You can't even complete any work and have no experience. Learn how to do work first.Update: Job was not professionally completed. He left it half connected in a state of limbo. He also said that there is no call out fee.

Sam.... the technician was professional and helpful in diagnosing the problem with my appliance.Very friendly and thourough in explaining the problems/ fixed the issue ,changed the parts with genuine parts. Highly recommended, spoken bilingual languages,Would not hesitate in using hightech appliance repairer,for his 30 years of experience ,,,,we will repeat the business if we needed an appliance repair again.

We had our dishwasher repaired by Sam and had a great service from him. I called a few other repair companies but most of them were expensive either with their callout fees or with their hourly rates. Sam was reasonably priced, came exactly on time and did the job neatly.Honestly, I think Sam is under-rated and does not appear in the google search. For those in the Hills and Blacktown surrounds, Sam is your man if you need affordable repairs. Having had a great experience, I can highly recommend Sam with pleasure and will use him if I need repairs in future.
