My partner and I were served by the lovely store manager Deb, who instantly gave us a warm welcome and impeccable customer service. She helped me to understand what I am looking for in a mattress and gave me an excellent deal. I continued to shop around at other stores the next day but returned to the Pakenham store to purchase the mattress and pillows, which have since been amazing. Hands down the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on and best night's sleep in years. Deb did an amazing job and was really helpful considering I am a student and on a budget. Could'n't recommend them more!!!

My partner and I attended at the Pakenham store recently where me met Deb. Deb was friendly approachable and not pushy at all. We found her to be very informative and helpful. We ended up purchasing a new king size mattress and got a great deal at the same time. I love supporting local businesses, especially those who are Australian owned and make their products here as well. If you’re looking for a mattress pop in and see Deb. Lots of variety to pick from.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the wonderful customer service of Claudia today. I came in the to Pakenham store with lots of questions and concerns about buying a mattress that would suit me. Claudia has an excellent attention to detail and an amazingly kind nature. She ensured that I was getting the best deal possible and worked with me personally while I came to a decision.Can not recommend this store enough!
