Window Doctorz - Aluminium window repair, replace and restorations!

We were utterly disappointed with the level of service we have received and for the amount of money we paid to have our windows restored, we expected a smooth and easy process.There was an obvious lack of communication between the owner of the business and the subcontractors hired to do the work, which resulted in a lot of back and forth, and at least 7 visits from the subbies to get what we asked for in the first place.While we are now happy with the result, the process was far from being smooth and easy, and dragged on (which was also partly due to the bad weather).Once the work was finally completed, we did not even receive an email or a phone call to check that we were fully satisfied (given all the struggles we went through, it would have been a nice and professional thing to do) and instead, we just received a final electronic invoice for the balance.We would not recommend their services.

Emailed and told of problem, and was given a quote to fix it. Once their technician booked his appointment , he arrived and efficiently carried out the necessary work as per quote. Very pleased with the result

We recently engaged Window Doctorz to refurbish a window and sliding door in our apartment which we are renovating. The apartment is 50 years old and relatively untouched, so the windows were very aged. The end result has been great and particularly the sliding door has come up very well. Replaced two sliding doors on our balcony. New doors and screens look great and work brilliant. Steve did great job on install. Was punctual and good communication. He also did a meticulous clean up afterwards. I might ask him back to clean my kitchen.Definately recommend Window Doctorz.

My experience has been that the paint used has faded badly where exposed to full sunlight after about 7 years , and now looks very tired and washed out .

Had a window taken out and a glass sliding door put in, thought they were great until I had their work checked by a builder that was removing a wall and saw a problem with the ceiling...turns out that the whole roof in that area would have come down in the next big storm because they hadn't put in any bracing to support my concrete tile roof when they removed the window and widened the gap for the door. Anyone beneath it when it went could have been seriously injured or killed. Have attached 2 pictures of their work and the last picture is how it should have been done
