A lifetime of heavy physical activity, sports injuries and a few motorcycling incidents have left me more than a bit banged up. I found Jon Moses to be a talented intuitive Physio who didn't need to be told what was wrong.He helped relieve an old neck injury aggravated by the flight. It gave me some immediate relief. We then did some posture work and a bit of work on the Pilates redeemer. It set me up right for doing some more work on my own. Top notch, easy going, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Great physio - I saw Jonathan for the first time, for a triathlon/running associated sports injury. He was lovely to deal with (reception staff were too), explained everything in an easy to understand way, was thorough and quick to the point. Perfect. He shared some advice for immediate help, as well as long term suggestions to avoid repetition of the issue. Thank you!

Jon is one of the best physios that I have ever been to and is completely focused on delivering a proper customer experience. He went through my condition in detail for an hour and properly explained the necessary steps to recovery.I'm extremely lucky to have found a good physio in Noosa for my condition and would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I've been seeing Jonathon for a number of issues over the years mainly with tennis issues. He's a legend at identifying the injury, cause and remedy. I'm sure I'm still playing tennis because of Jonathon. Fantastic service.
