Paid $64 for some basic hose which is nicely packaged. What? Rookie mistake. Nothing special with this tube. Shop around. After the shock... I can see there are other suppliers of chemical feeder tube by searching online. These are local stores as well. It might pay to shop around for this product.

Walked in this afternoon 90% prepared to buy a robotic pool cleaner. Was not greeted or acknowledged from staff even after walking around aimlessly for 10 minutes in the store looking at the models which I knew nothing about. Poor customer service and missed opportunity for a sale.

outstanding customer service from when i called to going into the shop to get new cable fitted to my robot pool cleaner . after Amazon lost my parcel costing me $350 this shop fixed new cable for A lot less . I will 100% do business again please do buy robot cleaners from this gentleman this is the only shop in Perth that has spare parts. when you buy one from other shops ask them do they Service them.

I had been having issues with chemical levels and water flow over an extended period. Rob and the teams approach of trial and error allowed me to identify that a blocked cartridge filter was the issue. This approach not only resulted in our family now having a crystal clear pool, but also gave me an understanding of the mechanics of pool maintenance. Rob and the team are an invaluable part of ensuring our pool is in the best condition it can be.

Really disappointed with the follow up from this company. I had the tech visit my home and was great, he took my details and promised to get a quote for some equipment and the monthly service. It has been over two weeks of me constantly calling and asking where their proposal is and got repeated assurances from their staff it will be sent the next day but after two weeks I have got nothing except their staff asking me to reconfirm my contact info! Bad experience unfortunately.

I have a 5 star review for the very helpful young man who served me named Jack. He was very polite and very very helpful. I have a 0 star review for the old man serving with Jack. He was belittling the young man in front of customers, I can only imagine how he treats him when there is no customers. Maybe employ more workers on a Sunday if you can’t handle the pressure! Oh and treat people with respect.
