Jay (Physiotherapist) was extremely thorough in ensuring I understood the fundamental reasons for my issue and this allowed him to treat me very effectively. After performing several tests and explaining to me the results he was easily able to set me on the right path of recovery. At all times he was professional, diligent and generous with his time. I recommend Jay and will be back pretty soon.

Holy Moly! How can they consistently disappoint a patient ? The point is this review shouldn’t be seen as a one off incident and the fact is that they are too casual whether or not you are going to die. if you still wanna visit, then please avoid Dr. Bala for being overly casual and all you get is a piece of paper with some general medicines. Why did I say this? He suggested panadol for a serious fever when my friends took me to this “experienced” person. Infact that was a serious Infection fever caused after a minor surgery and due to this delay of 1 day (because we believed him) it got worsen and I was in Ranwick hospital ICU for 2 days. I feel like I should take this to court with multiple witnesses as my friends. Even recently I bumped into this person and he took it lightly for a pain on my left side. He just casually said it might be an injury from Gym and it should go away. After a couple of days, a knowledgeable chiropractor is helping out. The receptionists and rest of the services are ok. But you won’t get treated - especially if you are treating your kids - it’s a nobrainer to not visit here . There are other better places around the corner in homebush.

Doctor - A Bala.. No problems, easy going, very helpful, good analysis & treatmentLocation - Perfect, accessible, ample parking nearby, train & bus stationCleanliness - No dramas, clean, quiet and healthy environmentReception/Wait times/Appointments - PATHETIC.. and this is the nicest word I could come up with.. so UNORGANISED and COMMUNICATION SKILLS are 2-3 at best.Example - Appointment time 11 am. You reach at 10:45, 11:00 or 11:15, i bet you will never get in and meet doctor before 11:30.My personal experience - Avg wait time for my last 9-10 visits is 40 mins. Please, please plan better. Person is sick and then have to wait for nearly 1 hr, ridiculous.P.S - I had 12 noon appointment, check the time in my watch, i am still waiting in the lobby. Please Please look into the appointments and scheduling.

Dr Shakti Bala is a fraud. He will tell you less amount during consultation, but he will charge you more than double after the treatment done. He is misusing his profession because he knows patient has to pay whatever doctor charge. I have very bad experience with him. Initially after checking he told me that the treatment took 2 sittings and he will charge around $200 per sittings but he took 3 sittings and charged me around $350 for each sittings.

We went to him (Dr A Bala) for my son to get stitches removed. However he was very rough and child had to bear lot of pain. Removal of band-aid was extremely painful and we could feel that doc could have been bit careful. Also, his hands were bit shaky and he pulled skin, hairs a few times instead of pulling out the thread. He may have good knowledge and experience but he is probably old for such tasks. Also, we had to wait half an hour beyond the appointment time.

I found this local medical center online as i needed to see a GP urgently in the early morning. I called at 7 and they asked me to come in. Walk ins are almost always available. With no appointment, I waited for approximately 20 minutes which is decent. Unsure about waiting times with appointments.I saw Dr. Kala who was able to help me. She’s quite calm in her approach which is something I look for in a doctor and takes the time to explain things.Hours are very convenient. Several services. Heritage building with some history to read about in center brochure while waiting.

Dr Sakthi Bala (the dentist) is really good and pretty honest. Been seeing him for years even if it means driving an hour to the med centre.

Jay actually CARES about your body not about getting you in for another appointment. My son has spondylitis in my lower spine. Rather than giving him a few stretches to do like most physiotherapists he explained how it works and what the process of healing would be like. He included information, soft tissue work and examined his whole kinetic chain. He is motivating and down to earth. My son and I will be back for sure.

Stay away! Dentist Dr Sakthi is greedy. Didn't finish the job, used all private health and out of pocket. Delay after delay almost a year. He forgot an appointment when I arrived. VERY BAD, rework required elsewhere.

The waiting time is way too long. More than 45 mins. Also Dr. Kala could be better in recording what the patient says. Overall ok but the wait times are way too long. Seems all the GPs are in cahoots with each other and this system does not allow for complaints. Seems Australian medical system is faltering.
