Studio Pulse Wynnum

Studio Pulse is a superb affordable local pilates studio with a great vibe. There are reformer, mat, barre, and yoga classes. The staff are all welcoming, and helpful.All levels of fitness and ability are welcomed. I have recently had some major abdominal surgery after a lengthyillness so I'm really unfit and the heaviest I've ever been. All the staff and other patrons have not made me feel unwelcome or self concious. You are encouraged to work at your own pace.If you want to give pilates a go I highly recommend Studio Pulse.

What a great experience! Studio Pulse has been a great place to start my reformer pilates journey. The instructors have all been warm and inviting. The studio is simple and cosy, and the booking system is easy to navigate and handy. All in all, great place to be!

The reformers beginners class was so helpful for someone who has never done any Pilates before. The coach was wonderful she was always there to help when I struggled to understand a movement or felt that I wasn’t doing it correctly. The venue was clean and tidy for an exercise place. Would recommend for anyone wanting to try for the first time.

Such a welcoming place to get my body strong. All of the instructors are experts and explain each movement so you know just what areas you are working on. Every class is different and enjoyable, even though you are working hard! Love it!

I love starting my day with the classes here. There is a lovely positive vibe with lots of friendly and familiar faces. The instructors offer a great variety if workouts that suit everyone’s needs. They are always there to support you to get the most from your workout. Highly recommend!

LOVE this studio! I joined not long after they opened and I’m so glad I found this place. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere with such lovely instructors that are always happy to help. They always change up the classes which keeps it interesting and I’m so happy with the results I’ve noticed since starting with studio pulse. The timetable is super accomodating as well which makes it easy to manage classes with working a lot. 100% recommend!
