Edge Hospitality Catering Yarra Valley

I cannot recommend Paul and his team from Edge hospitality ENOUGH! They went above and beyond for a huge event we held in Melbourne last week. Not only was all the catering certified organic (Paul created the entire menu based on this one strict guideline) but the venue we held the event at was bare bones.. -meaning he and his team bought everything in for the night (including a cold room, ovens & even a glass cleaner.)A week on and we are still getting calls and emails to say how much everyone enjoyed themselves, (and that the food was NEXT LEVEL)Thank you Paul and team, we look forward to a long relationship!

Paul, Jackie, Sara and the team at Edge did an absolutely phenomenal job catering our wedding last weekend. The food was sophisticated yet plentiful and the service was seamless from our first meeting to dessert on the day. I could not recommend Edge more highly for any event you might have coming up.

I had Edge Hospitality cater for my wedding at Acacia Ridge. The food was abasoluerly amazing.We had a lot of comments from our guests, not only saying how delicious the food was but how full they were. We decided to have alternate drop entree, shared mains and shared desserts. For shared mains, the food kept coming out which was exactly what we wanted - not to have our guests leaving hungry.If you are looking for a company to cater for an event, I highly recommend Edge Catering.

Fantastic food and amazing service... what more could you ask for? I used Edge Catering at the venue Fior in Parkville. Through the whole process they were helpful and always went above and beyond. Can't rate them highly enough. Highly recommend.

My partner Jayden and I had the pleasure of using Edge Catering for our wedding on the 3rd of April 2022. Both Paul and Sara were absolutely amazing to deal with, they were always so accommodating at answering our many questions and putting us at ease as we navigated through wedding planning. We opted for the feasting style so our guests had a choice of what they would like to eat- their food did not disappoint, not only did it taste amazing but there was a large amount and there wasn’t a guest that went hungry! The most compliments we received on the night from our guests were about how incredible the food tasted and looked. Sara also helped to set up our wedding table décor which looked amazing! We couldn’t recommend Edge catering enough- Paul and Sara are some of the kindest and most dedicated people we have ever met!

Paul and his team at Edge hospitality were amazing on our wedding day!The food was amazing (especially the gnocchi!) and the attention to detail was great. We had a lot of friends who had severe food allergies, who they could easily cater for. They also made it easy by being able to cater for all locations with their portable equipment.Aside from this, the support Paul gave us during the pandemic was amazing. We were those unlucky people who were cancelled for a second time over the 5 day lockdown in Melbourne and Edge hospitality could not have been more helpful and they went to the end of the earth to help us out.
