Tonitto Continental Cakes

When sold cheese and bacon in the absence of cheese and onion, was not expecting to bite in to minced beef. Signage said cheese and bacon, in fact the rest of the descriptions could be questionable. The veg said veg, the veg and beef said veg and beef why would I think beef would be in my pie? When raised they said that’s how they come and refused to exchange the product or even consider apologising. Nothing they can do allegedly.

We recently ordered a cake and other desserts from Tonittos for my daughters 18th birthday. Wow!!! Amazing!!! The cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted even better. Have ordered cakes from here for years and never had a problem for years and never had a problem. Unfortunately today was just not the day paid for a red velvet cake for a birthday and unfortunately got a cake that was absolutely dry and tasteless that no one could even finish , ordered this cake for Christmas and it was delicious don’t know what’s happened but unfortunately it’s just not good enough. How can the same cake a few months apart be so different and so not the same.Such a disappointing outcome as I said have ordered so many cakes from here before. Felt like the order was rushed and with not much care.I do think them for bringing me the cake as I had an appointment. Great customer service , not great cake this time around .

I bought a sponge cake today and the lovely salesperson asked me if I wanted anything written on the cake . After the writing was finished she offered to help me carry the cake box as I am very unsteady on my feet . Even though it was pouring rain she carried the cake to my car across the road and placed it on the floor so it wouldn’t get damaged. What a lovely young woman. Thank you so much.

Great tasting treats and cakes. They also have fabulous coffee. Well worth the visit.
