Was sent here by my insurance to have a rear bumper replaced. Brought the car in on the Monday and was told it should be done on that Friday. Friday came and they called me at 3pm to come pick up. Workmanship was good, no complaints there. Only gripe is that the interior of the car was a tad dirty when I got the car back, thus the reduction of one star. The Uber ride from and to the workshop is also an unexpected big plus.

I loved these guys! Such amazing service and it was my first accident repair and the receptionist, Jo, took the time to explain what was happening and, because other driver was at fault, what I'm eligible for in terms of hire car etc.David, my repair guy, assessed my vehicle and realised that all it was really were some scuff marks on my bumper, the number plate needed a straighten and clips to be replaced on splash guard under engine. Absolute pleasure dealing with all the staff at Capital S.M A.R.T repairs. I dropped off the car for repairs and was offered an Uber which I thought was an added extra service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family or friends.

Prompt and excellent job. Took only two day to fix my car. Had to book appointment, but this is preferred way of doing. Instead of car being in the garage for couple of weeks.This is second time in 10 years taking car to panel beating shop. I would say they are very real competitor to Sheen business.Thanks for really good job!

Zero stars. My partner's car has been with Capital SMART repairs since mid SEPTEMBER; he was told it would be ready last week; then today; and now he has been told that he can collect it today, however the repairs STILL ARE NOT FINISHED. Completely unprofessional and waste of resources. My partner relies on his car for work so this has caused ENORMOUS difficulties for his life with no recompense offered.
