Breaks my heart to have to do this because I used to LOVE this place, but since the new owners took over, the atmosphere isn’t friendly, there’s long wait times, all of the old staff are gone and unfortunately the new ones just don’t compare. Work is sloppy, choice of colours is minuscule and they’re unable to do nail art.It was good while it lasted

Was good but would be more comfortable if the employees weren't talking between each other in a different language. It felt like you were being talked about.

I don’t ever post reviews however I feel this is necessary for other people to avoid the same experience or to hopefully improve the quality of customer service at Cinderellas. I went to get French tip with SNS and four days later one of my nails had chipped and the clear coat had peeled on another. I went back to have this fixed up and the lady was apologetic and happily fixed this free of charge which I appreciated although there was an application error in the first fix up and had to re-do the nail yet again. The next day, another nail had chipped and I noticed that there was a hair in another. I am mindful that if I was doing more “hands on” activities it could be a fault of my own however I have been sitting in a lecture all day. I am very disappointed as it is time consuming to get it fixed and not worth the money paid. I would not return or recommend this nail salon.

I used to go here alot but my last two visits the staff were incredibly rude, they had too many bookings and too little staff, my hands were soaking in acetone for over half an hour, the woman doing my manicure was very rough and impatient. Do not recomend and will not be booking any more appointments

Nicely done nails! I did pedicure for $40, for around 40minutes. The lady who did my nails was so nice and has a great smile. I like both my experience and my nails!

My CUTICLE was BLEEDING thanks to the unfriendly guy who works there. I've gotten countless manicures done at diff places and this is the first time it bled. He was WAY too ROUGH and didn't even apologise or wait for it to stop bleeding to continue buffing my nails. Unfriendly, rude and rough throughout. I've never ever left a negative review for anything so this is my first one. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!!! Get one of the girls there to do your nails (they seemed alright) just don't get the guy. I've attached photos of my bleeding nail so I hope they show up!

outstanding service!I have heard a lot of good reviews about this place and I have been nail salon hopping for years!i went to get acrylic chrome nails done and i loved it! Although there was a bit of a hiccup as the lady did not put my top coat on properly so the colour came off a bit as she was finishing up, i asked them and they humbly apologised and fixed it immediately without complaints! To put it into perspective, it was only a few nails that were bad but they displayed their excellence in service by redoing every single nails to make sure everything is perfect just they way i wanted it!This place is like a hidden gem! would definitely come back!
