Billy is friendly, professional, timely, efficient, he patiently answers all my tax-illiterate questions and has continued to be a great communicator since the first meeting. He came up with ways for me to improve my tax return that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. We simply could not recommend Personalised Tax Services highly enough. We went to them with what can only be described as a horror show of overdue tax returns and other tax debacles.
