There are very few gyms like Raw. A small community gym with awesome professional trainers where we all refer to each other as a family. No judgements. No mirrors. Just fun, hard work and results.

This isn't a main stream gym, this gym is focused on self improvement, encouragement and skilled trainers. Epic place to train.

I have been training at RAW for nearly two years and have absolutely loved it! The gym is fully equipped for all of your training needs and the staff go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym community at RAW is always super welcoming and friendly. A huge thankyou to the staff here, I would highly recommend training at RAW!

I recently moved to the area, not knowing anyone and was looking for a laid back, friendly gym environment.Raw Performance Den not only provided this, but an amazing support network, a range of classes, 24hr gym access and knowledgeable and helpful coaches. I am so grateful for the owners, Claire and Pete for creating such an exceptional gym, being so hands on in the gym and welcoming me into Port Macquarie.I would Highly Recommend. Raw Performance Den is so much more than just a gym, it is a community.

Raw Performance Den is hands down the best gym I have been to!!!It's not like your average gym. It has a great crew of encouraging people that train there. It is also owned by some amazing, passionate people that really value their members.It really has a great sense of community. Because of this I am more consistent and able to achieve my goals.I cannot speak more highly of my experience here.

24/7 Powerlifting, bodybuilding, conditioning, strongman, crosstraining and general health and fitness. This place has it all with heart and soul to go with it.Claire and Pete are a wealth of knowledge and always great you with a smile.

A gym with all & for all. No doubt the best gym I have ever trained at.What ever your fitness goals are the team at Raw have you covered. Strength, conditioning or general well being its all there.Whether your looking for a PT, into group classes or just train by yourself the trainers will look after your individual needs and limits to get the best results out of every session. Definitely not your ordinary/simple chain gym.
