I happened to move houses when I was waiting for my sofa (it kept getting delayed). Discovered that the new sofa wasn't going to fit through the front door of my new place, so wanted to cancel it. These thieves wanted 30% of the total value in cancellation fee!! It's in their terms and conditions, so cannot do anything about it, but hey, it's so greedy it makes we wanna throw up.

Wendy was fantastic help, we had no idea how to shop for furniture but she helped us immensely by providing advice, options, quotes and great customer service. We cannot wait for our new lounge to be delivered.

They have terrible customer service , they made a false commitment to deliver furniture on time and sent a message to collect. We live far from the store and had to come two times to pick up once because the store was actually closed before time and the next time we came the man on front desk was so unhelpful and basically just said the message must have been a mistake did not acknowledge the actual issue or apologise. I will never purchase from them again if you don’t like your job you should not come to work .If there was an option to give 0 star rating I would def be giving 0 stars .

Ordered a bookshelf in November with a guarantee that I'm purchasing stock in transit with an ETA of mid-Feb. Waited 3 months, no communication. When emailing the store, I received the same copy-pasted message that once stock arrived I would get an SMS. After calling weekly, I was finally informed that, in fact, there were 6 fewer items in their container than they expected, so they did not have anything for me. To their credit, they did search their stores and found floor stock and offered this to me at a discount, to which I agreed. Again, after blowing past their ETA, I called once more and was informed there is no record of this (I have an email from their staff indicating otherwise) and I will have to call back again next week. It's now 4.5 months after the purchase and I still have nothing to show for my purchase. In this time, I could have ordered a custom shelving solution from a local craftsman and paid about the same.

Their customer service is terrible at Moore Park - these people truly hate their jobs.Also whoever they outsource deliveries to are dreadful. $99 delivery fee and it comes fully wrapped, not placed where I want and they scratched my floor boards moving a dining table... (i'd started unwrapping in image below but you get the idea how many layers of packaging there are). I'm guessing they are paid per delivery because they couldn't wait to get out of here.I will never buy from here again.

I purchased a table and chairs with oz design furniture as I was told they had a matching entertainment unit coming in the next few weeks. Three days later after paying for the table and chairs I was told the entertainment unit would not be coming in that range and when I tried to get my money back I was charged a 30% fee on my purchase of the table and chairs. Disputing this to a Customer Service rep and explained that I was sold this furniture under false pretences the company still disregarded my claim and I was still charged the 30% fee. Please be very careful when dealing with this company, if you have to.

Terrible customer service if you have a problem with your purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!I purchased a couch that was terribly uncomfortable and the lower cushions would constantly slip out from underneath you.They would not let me speak to anyone in higher management and would take days to reply to emails. They just decided that there was nothing wrong with the couch and end of story. I will be taking my matter to fair trading.I will never buy from them again and encourage anyone to stay clear of them.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was time for me to buy a big girl bed. I upgraded to a queen bed and knew what kind of base I wanted (rattan base). So we walked in and was greeted by Wendy who showed us their bed on the computer and we bought it on the spot. Sight unseen in the flesh, we trusted Wendy. It is fabulous! We’re overjoyed with the service, delivery and quality of the frame. Thank you very much.

I ordered a couch on a busy Saturday, they seemed short staffed. Took about 10mins to finally get someone to serve us. Overall everything went smoothly. Took about 2 weeks to get the couch, got a text the previous day about the delivery and the delivery driver called 30mins beforehand too. I was really worried after reading the reviews but couch was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is we order this with the condition that the driver would unpack and take the rubbish, which they didn't, also I think if I'm spending close to 2k on a couch it should include delivery.
