Although fish quality is generally good I am finding the service is falling. Staff either don't listen or simply always want to up the sale as quantities are always difficult to negotiate. Plus fish sizes are deliberately cut large so that it is rarely possible to buy small pieces or suitable sizes to cut in half. It always feels like I'm being a difficult customer asking and I am beginning to avoid shopping there.Please improve customer service and make the shopping experience more pleasant for us all!

Great customer service..the quality of fresh seafood is awesome and well presented..Staff were very knowledgeable with regards on how to best cook the products and what wine is best to serve with the product.

The best seafood market on the Northern Beaches!Great service and the best range of the freshest seafood directly from Sydney Fish Market.You also have a choice of having your seafood purchase cooked on the spot and served with variety of freshly made salads by Beluga Pittwater seafood takeaway next door.Finger licking good!Highly recommend!

Nice oysters but I was very upset by the styrofoam and clingwrap wrapping. I was expecting cardboard, afterall, our seafood depends on us ditching the plastic!

Fantastic service. Awesome explanations, origins and even history of some of the produce. Taking the time to educate customers and staff is a guaranteed return factor. The passion shown is inspiring to buy and try more. Ensuring that all staff are informed and passionate about their job will give you the competitive edge. The wild caught prawns and fish were indeed melt-in-the-mouth fresh and tasty. Thank you fellas.

This is easily the best seafood shop in NSW (they have awards to prove it !) The staff are friendly , the owner is great and they always look after me. Loyal customer of 4 years !

Great fresh fish and prawns.They also have a fish and chip shop, Beluga, next door. Had about 3 meals there all been great.

Great quality, great range, helpful staff. Oh, and Alex? Fan of Faros Brothers in Marrickville? I used to live near there and while Faros Bros is good value its quality, in my humble opinion, does not compare to Pittwater Seafood.
