Brisbane Sea-Doo and Can-Am

The new sales experience is important but I believe the ongoing service is paramount and Brisbane Sea-Doo look after you way after the initial sale is made. I recently had an issue that was out of warranty but rather than just walking away they worked through a solution that was beyond my expectations, thanks Nat and the great team.

I rang for a spare part, which I was told was in stock. When I arrived a day later, they were sold out. I was told they would order my ignition post nut in and took my details. After a week, I went to Shoreline, who were great. Still no call from this store after a month.

We decided to get 2 PWC’s for the family to use. This was our first PWC purchase and from the moment we spoke to Craig, through to taking delivery and needing to call him with questions, he and the team have been brilliant. True customer service, they have a great product and back it up with the service!

All round great experience with the team. From the friendly staff who were more than willing to answer any queries I had no matter how trivial, to organising test rides so I could really understand what I was purchasing. BEWARE. ROSS IS AN ABUSIVE MONSTER, and a thief. They’ve stolen my battery bolts, due to their own negligence! What business, FORGETS, to put and plug the battery back in, then tries to blame the customer… tried to fabricate some jargon lies, which were redacted instantly, as it’s a 2022 ski. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HORRIFIC EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS, they’ll trash your belongings, just to try and rip you off for more money! I will be investigating this company as of now, you are on notice Ross, this is Michael’s Wife, and they’re my ski’s… call me and try and abuse me like you did my husband…. Get my bolts to me by the end of business Monday…. Or you’ll be hearing from QCAT. How dare you act like an absolute child….. Why humans, can’t just do what they agree to, without being a money hungry grub fabricating and lying to rip a customer off. I will make sure you shut your doors. Dishonesty will be your demise, next time think twice about assuming a customer will purchase a part that YOU HAVE ALTERED….. Also, next time, when attaching my ski’s to the trailer, secure them. My dash cam shows them almost falling off trailer (they assured they were secured)…. Pm me for footage. LEFT the hand winches on the trailer in free spool for both skis…. WTAF…… Chat soon.
