Absolutely disgusting how did you guys get approved to be an ndis provider in the first place. You guys should all be ashamed of yourselves you might as well shut up shop now because I tell you no one is going to leave their family members or clients in your hands being unsafe and unethical business practices you have more reports of negligence reviews than you do positive ones that we'll and truly speaks volumes about the type of business this is

today I saw 2 carers doing out and about with disabled people in the iga parking lot and I think your carers need to take their supervision a bit better because there are a lot of cars around that area and there was a carer more interested in his phone more than anything then the welfare of the clients just wow

With my experience so far from live better the staff are friendly and have an interest in trying to help there clients to the best that thay can like any other service for the ones that have issues with like any other business there are some that don't care and should not be in the profession but then you get some that try there best and have a interest in there job just depends who you get if there is something wrong say something if thay care they will try better if thay don't thay won't get someone els that doseBut if nothing is sed then thay don't know
