A great local pub/hotel. We stopped in for a delicious meal, friendly staff and excellent value (food and drinks). In wine country, where most places are up themselves and overpriced this gem was down to earth and a welcome change.

Great location for exploring Hunter Valley, lovely rooms and lovely staff in the pub. Food was great as well.

Dined here on Friday night. Staff were wonderful considering the booking was for 36 people however about 75 or 80 came. Food was delicious, hot & plentiful and the staff remained pleasant and obliging despite the unexpected number of hungry guests. Definitely go again!

Went this weekend with my partner. Got two nights for very CHEAP nice room. loved the food. Prices are good staff are AMAZING. The people in the town are nice and friendly. The band was AMAZING. Looking forward to monthly visits THANK YOU BELLBIRD FOR A LOVELY WEEKEND and the lovely people that are from there. SEE YOU ALL AGAIN SOON :) :)

We have just celebrated my sons 16th birthday here was an amazing night food was delicious and excellent service definitely would recommend going here and I will be dining again.

Rooms were very clean. Good price for location and Room. Room had aircon and very clean towel and soap. Free self service breakfast. Not very serviced (e.g. one door in the bathroom wouldn't close and toilet paper finished in both bathroom). However staff was very friendly when arrived.
