We ordered delivery and it all arrived in good time , everything was as ordered, dominos is a pizza you order when a no frills meal and speed are what you want , their online ordering is easy to use though very suggestive and they get it to you quickly,

** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE **Hands down the worst experience we've had with any pizza shop.We planned ahead & ordered online 1hr 45m before we wanted our food delivered at 7.15pm. That time came n went & no food. We waited 30m & rang at 7.45pm to enquire & were told that they'd had a mad rush" tonight but our order had already left the store & we would have it in 15m. We waited another 30m (now 8.15pm) & rang again

I am new to Redland Bay after recently buying a house. I along with family have been unpacking and moving furniture all day. Due to everyone being tired, I thought it might be nice to order something quick and easy for dinner. Unfortunately the pizzas I ordered were terrible. The minute we opened the boxes I was dissapointed. Firstly, all three pizzas hardly had any topping on them. How you can charge $18 plus for each pizza with so little topping is beyound me?? Then to make matters worse we were given the wrong base and the bases were all under cooked making the dough chewing and soggy. We should have had three pizzas with classic crust but got 3 thick crust pizzas. I have been ordering from Domino's for years but after this experience I don't think I would ever order again, and certainly not from the Redland Bay store. I was embarrassed to even be offering the pizzas to my family, but as we were so tired and hungry we ate them anyway. The last thing anyone wants to do after a long day is to have to return an order when it's already past 7pm at night. I would give the store a zero for quality control.Thanks but no thanks!!

The sign on your door says you are open til 10pm, but at 8.20pm tonight your doors were locked and staff refused to even acknowledge that I was at the door for an explanation. That, added to previous substandard service last time I visited, gets you a ONE star rating

Always cooked in time.Staff are just rude. I'm not prepared to be spoken to like that by anyway, let alone a school kid.Each time I go I get less toppings.Photo is of a $20 New Yorker, now compare that to a $17 Valley Way Pizza pizza, Domino's should be ashamed of itself. Won't be buy from here again.If I could give zero stars I would.

Domino’s Pizza Redland Bay
Since new management this store has improved dramatically. The store is always well staffed with friendly staff meaning food is fast and fresh. Hats off to the manager who is always at the store working hard, you are doing a great job!
