Great prices. Amazing selection. Dudes are ultra friendly. Went out of their way to help me find the items I needed quickly and recommended some decent monitors.

Found the guy who served me seemed to want to get rid of me as he basically just grabbed the cheapest things off the shelf rather than showing me options. I needed an XLR cable and a 3.5mm to 1/4 inch converter plug, both of which I had to replace elsewhere because he quickly grabbed me bad quality ones off the shelf when I’d much rather spend the money and get good reliable brands.

Friendly service, whenever I've had a question they know know what they are talking about. It's super convenient having a place where I can try new keyboards and synths before deciding to buy, and I usually end up up buying from here as the price is good and I can take it home right then and there.

Felt absolutely no shame coming in and asking for their cheapest guitar" as well as "their cheapest monitors".Turns out they were also cheaper than listed in store so IDK what else to say."

I'm not sure what's with the current trend of stocking and selling faulty products and then not looking after the customer after they've been victim of this trend, but Store DJ like many electronics stores these days are guilty of it. The only things I'd buy from them are things you know are good, if you don't know then stay clear and so should they.

Normally, I shop online, as an hour away from my nearest store, however, I had some spare time, so decided to travel down to Brisbane and have a looksie in store.I made it about 3 metres into the entranceway before a friendly staff member (Joey) asked how I was going. It's nice to see some of the younger generation can still be amicable to communicate with others, as alot of other retail store staff tend to hide away, and the art of communication is lost, even the basics of a greeting and thanking someone at the finalisation of a transaction!Cheers Joey, you excelled in the entire process!!He was quick to check on my online 'pickup' order, and also assist me with comparing what I ordered with another version of the same branded MIDI Keyboard. I'm not a musician, just in the infant stage of learning an instrument, and Joey was quite open to explaining the differences and also matching other hardware that would work with the keyboard I selected.I was also offered an extended warranty on the keyboard, which given the physical type of device it is, I warmly accepted the offer.I had to leave at that point, way too many toys there to get lured into purchasing, hahahaaaa.At times, when you immerse yourself into something that is totally outside of your comfort zone (same example as when some people visit a car mechanic), you don't know the lingo or what to ask, or what something is called, so it was nice that Joey made me feel welcomed into the musical family.I should also extend the pleasantries to a lovely young lady in the Windsor store in Victoria.I phoned whilst enroute to the Fortitude Valley store to confirm if they had an item in stock, but as they were closed (I won't mention that I attempted to visit the Brisbane store on Monday just gone.....Labour Day.......stop laughing.....), so the phone call diverted to the next available store, being the Windsor store.She confirmed the Fortitude Valley store was in fact closed, but offered to assist with any product questions I may have had. So again, let's not tell anyone I was a tool and forgot about a Public Holiday, that'd be so embarrassing.Overall, I was super impressed with the professionalism of the staff at StoreDJ. Will definitely visit again, and continue to use their online store as usual (and yes, their online store is super easy to use, locating items, and the process of purchasing items is also super easy too, hats off to the Online Team who prepare items for dispatch, been happy with that aspect also!!)Thanks all!

Every time I go in needing new equipment or just to see what's in I am met with a friendly smile and good chat about anything and everything audio. Jake Bowman is especially good at making me feel welcome and recommending great products

Very helpful staff, not pushing for sale. I needed time to play with the gear before deciding what to buy and was comfortable in doing so for close to an hour. I felt pressured only by my wife, who in hindsight I shouldn't have invited.

Absolutely awesome experience here today! Great range of gear, staff were really attentive but not pushy, Joey was fantastic helping me with my order, even shared his chocolates with me while I was waiting, another guy carried my order to the car, all very helpful indeed, couldn’t be happier, I feel like customer service is fading into obscurity these days but the crew at Brisbane’s Store DJ showed just how it should be done! Will be back soon for my monitors upgrade! Thanks guys!

I visited the store needing a stylus. Had no idea how to dismantle and connect the new one. Vivien spent at least 30 mins and was super friendly and so helpful. This store is amazing.
