Melrose Mobile Hydraulics

Be warned. If you get a GVM upgrade with Melrose they DO NOT automatically do a wheel alignment with it. I didn't realise I had to specifically ask for this (as I'm not an expert) but am now told by the Ford Service people I have taken my 2016 Ranger to, and Bridgestone (where we then went to get a wheel alignment) that our tyres will not pass registration because the alignment wasn't done at the time of the GVM upgrade, and that they would have expected this was a normal part of the process. The upgrade itself seems to be ok, but Pedders and Lovells tell me they do a wheel alignment as part of the process, but Melrose do not so you MUST REQUEST this if this is where you decide to get your GVM upgrade done.
