We sent out a number of emails to businesses to quote to refurbish our 2 pools. Ash contacted us first and drove an hour and a half to do an onsite inspection and gave a quote before we received any other replies. I asked Ash for references which he happily supplied. Our job wasn’t straight forward. We are a small business called Montfort Manor in Traralgon and our pools are the centre piece of our property.We were also converting from an Albatross pool ( metal walls, concrete base and vinyl) to fibreglass.I couldn’t find anyone else who had done this in order to ask questions. I was concerned about osmosis as it is a real issue. Ash assured me that he could do it and would guarantee his work.Fast forward, jobs done and it looks fantastic. There were little hiccups along the way but all was done without hesitation and at a fixed price.Ash and Matt turned up when they said, no excuses or delays, were easy to talk to and worked professionally. 5 Stars, more if I could! My experience with Coastal Pool Interiors was nothing short of outstanding. We had our fiberglass pool resurfaced, a new set of custom steps made so we could do away with the old ladder and the skimmer box repaired as it had separated from the pool. Our pool is brand new again! If you are looking to renovate your pool then do yourself a favor and call Coastal Pool Interiors.

We live on a rural property and found it quite difficult to find anyone interested in undertaking the renovation of our 40 year old pool that was in a pretty sad way. Discovering Ash was a revelation, from our first contact until the finished product we felt confident that we were in good hands. From my initial phone call all the way to completion, Ash was super professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Always happy to answer my many questions and helped problem solve other pool/ landscaping issues I had along the way. Was always punctual, responsive and work was done to a very high standard and nothing was a problem for him. We are thrilled with the finished pool, it’s a 47 year old fiberglass pool and looks brand new, especially with the new ledge built by Ash. Would easily and highly recommend.

We have a 88,000 litre 1960's concrete pool that was a little worse for ware. Ash came out and inspected. Gave us great advice and quote so we went ahead with a fibreglass resurface.
